I thank you for the opportunity to pay tribute to the tireless work over the years of Dominic Leahy. A central theme of Youth work “Praise youth and it will flourish” has been, [as I know Him] Dominic’s guiding light at all times during his lifetime, in Scouting and Ogra Chorcai anchoring, as it does, youth to Society, Our City and Country.
